  • Cornstarch (2 tablespoons)

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add beef pieces and cook until they turn brown.
  • Melt butter in a pan. Add onions and mushrooms. Cook until soft.
  • Now add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Boil and stir in cornstarch.
  • Simmer the sauce for 4-5 minutes.
  • Serve beef tips with sauce.
